How white will it be when it gets dirty after a while?
What does it take to keep it clean and performing to original specification?
The materials appear chalky in nature, so I'd wonder about settling dust, smoke, algae, lichen etc forming a darker cover layer, which could absorb heat and transfer it to the paint through conduction.

What do people here think about the news concerning the whitest of white paint? It was developed as a potential mitigation for overheating due to excessive use of A/C.
If this actually works it could definitely be an epic win.
