Well it depends how much truth there is in the rumour that they're going bust. If that was maliciously started (or just ill-informed) then propagating it may well be the thing that drives them under through no fault of their own.

They are saying themselves they're at risk of going bust. I went with Octopus in April because Bulb seemed a bit iffy even then and having just had one go bust on me I didn't want another.

That article is a fair way from saying they're likely to go bust though.
