A bagaboo hip pouch is what I use for work. I would recommend the large. You can also ask them to add a u-lock holder to it.

Big old dredge! Has anyone used a Chrome Kadet or Kadet Mini? I'm after something I can chuck a phone/some glasses, a few small tools and some snacks in for work. Looking at either something like that or a larger hip pack like the newish Rapha one. Any suggestions for anything else that fits the bill also welcome!
