"ladies" frameset

Looking for a steel 54/55cm mixte/step-through/"ladies" frameset which can be set up for touring. I don't really want a full build but could potentially consider one for the right price.

Ideally want decent quality tubing and 700c clearance/brake mounts

I've got a 54cm 531 Dawes Galaxy project bike which I'd be willing to strip to a Frame only or sell as a project.
It's the horizontal top tube not the step through or mixte version though... PM me if you might be interested

Got a proper Raleigh old skool mixte in purple with painted yellow flowers! It’s 27 1/4 so 700s fit easily with long drop brakes (which I probably have if you need). It’s original 70s or 80s and in remarkably good condition, but the current wheels are pretty basic and it needs new handlebar grips. Has a Sturmey 7 speed gear setup.
