Does anyone use a GPS tracker on their doggo? Most devices look really bulky and have mixed reviews.

I can feel the boisterous energy just from this pic!

If you're an Apple user then I'd use an Airtag

Not a bollock between them, but still both play like testosterone-soaked idiots.

does that track movement?
As in, if I walk my dog, i can see how far he ran about?
or is it just in case he goes walkabout, I could use it to track which neighbour he has chatted up for free biscuits -

(this also happened to me, walking my dog early one morning. on my old street. it didn't look real almost. was so grim :/)

the latter
it's not a GPS chip, it's a NFC chip
it pings any phones it passes and the phones then pass on the location that way -
• #3487
Pretty cute, huh?

I’ve only come across them as working dogs, I’d say energy levels are off the charts high? Great dogs otherwise.

utter fucking heart stopping moment yesterday when i caught the little monster about to wolf down half a discarded flapjack that was chocka with raisins during a park stroll.
if i hadn't got my fingers down her gullet faster she'd probably be in hospital or worse if the internet is to be believed.
what sort of cunt takes a bite out of something and then reckons "nah, i'm done here i'm just gonna chuck this on the ground, l8rz"

My guy found a full packet of discarded sunmaid once and snaffled the whole lot in a second.
If you're quick, no hospital involved. Procedure is dog straight to vet as fast as you possibly can, emetics and he sicks them all up. Then kidney function tests over the next few weeks (in our case we were quick enough and tests showed no further action was needed).

'kinell.
it's a wonder they've made it this far as a species if something as benign as a grape can do 'em in.

Awww - what a heart throb. They’re incredible dogs. I was the same with Mad Max 2 - my sis and I spent years trying to figure out what breed it was as you’d never see one in London back then.

'Jet' sleeps all day and parties all night apparently... Can't wait to meet him... 🙃

Jet looks like my kind of dog.
Someone recently gave us one of those fluffy beds in a larger size. downside is it's salmon pink so looks horrible pretty much anywhere in the flat, upside the dog loves it so much he's started sleeping in it overnight giving me more room in bed. would recommend (caveat being we've not owned it long enough to see how minging it'll probably get).

We've got one too, there's been a couple of instances of diarrhea but you can just shove it in the washing machine.

What about the bed?

As is the case for many things in this life, TK Maxx is your friend for all dog stuff.

Oh my, what a cutie!
Odie hanging out with his mate, Scampi. They’re at the point now where they can be in the same house and not just go utterly nuts and trash the place being boisterous. Which is good!
