How do the zwift training plans work? A friend is wanting to do his first structured training and I’ve seen the 6wk ftp builder recommended on here… but it’s 5-6 rides per week when he is doing 3/week. Is it possible to just work through the training plan sequentially at your own pace or does it try to force you into some preordained structure? For instance if you don’t complete all rides in a week do you automatically move onto the next week (and miss some workouts)?
