    They're not suppliments but I've found the magic of joint supports like knee and elbow sleeves.

    Anicdotally
    In recent years, after years of (what I consider to be quite heavy weights) I found my joints were taking a hammering. Serious discomfort for days, sometimes weeks after a particularly brutal sessions. I've tried glucosamine (I believe) and joint support pills. And maybe so so effect.

    I've hated the idea of using wraps or sleeves. Now, fucking love them. I can push hard and my elbows, particularly, are fine after big sessions. Which is great. I thought I might have reached that age.

    The trick is finding the heavy duty versions. And they need to be tight. But they've made a world of difference to my gym time in this decrepit body.

  • Fish oil works for me. I literally grab a handful a day when things feel bad until they don’t.
