given the length of the spindle and the spacer that is shown in the pic, you can probably install those cranks on a bsa threaded frame. Providing you buy a bsa 30mm threaded bb ?
according to some research, spindle has to be at least 104mm, with all of the spacers removed these are 93ish, so no dice unfortunately!
shame, that 10mm spacer looked to me like the one usually used to rebalance long sram spindles on bb30 shells
