An old Ortofon VMS 20E mk ii cartridge (it’s the OG Rega Planar 2 with the wood surround) and a third party stylus replacement.

I'd get a new cartridge. Those VMS ortofons are OK, especially with the original needle, but the 3rd party replacements are pretty poor.
