Sally B, a Flying Fortress, just flew low over our house less than an hour ago. I think on its way to an air show in Abingdon. Noisy bugger.

Drove past Duxford earlier and a Spitfire was taking-off: I guess that's where it was headed.

It seemed as if it was flying straight at us! First time I have heard one IRL: the whistle made my hair stand on end

Looked to have the underside of one wing, darker than the other.
