You can get a one turn for them, you just have to change the interface down at the hub. The hump in the middle that you have to pedal thru still exists though. Also the action is a bit heavier so there's that to consider for your wrists too!

I've got one on my Babboe City Mountain (which is an underrated bike IMO, but I'm not looking forward to getting any spares post-Brexit). It seems fine. 12 months old, no grief yet. The only thing I don't like is the shifter needs a few turns to get from bottom to top end, which does my wrist no favours.
