I've got one on my Babboe City Mountain (which is an underrated bike IMO, but I'm not looking forward to getting any spares post-Brexit). It seems fine. 12 months old, no grief yet. The only thing I don't like is the shifter needs a few turns to get from bottom to top end, which does my wrist no favours.
They are a bit faffy those shifters. You also don't get the full range while static. And it can be a bastard to operate, almost impossible if the cover goes missing
