Wanted (no longer needed): ~55-56cm Track/Fixed Gear Full Bike (£400-750)

Just moved from the US to UK and couldn't bring my bike. Just got into fixed riding a year ago and looking for a full build with budget ~£400/500 used to £700-750 new. Lightweight steel frame preferred (not sure what's available around here - my previous was a Wabi Classic (see attached pic) with Reynolds 725. Never rode aluminum, but open to the experience. I've heard the Dolan pre cursa is a decent budget aluminum ride to start with. Anyone know if there are dealers in the city - or can you only order from them directly.

181cm tall, typically ride 55-56cm frames.

Posting here now, but I'll start searching existing posts for available bikes.

Also, are the laws here for brakeless bikes basically just; "don't get caught"... and "if you get into an accident, it's automatically your fault?"
