I just found Alex's video from 2014 riding the Pinarello across Nairobi, basically from a northern suburb out to a satellite town on the south west. Quite a journey! I did the same journey once or twice in the opposite direction, i.e. Ngong Town to Loresho. Exhilarating for sure.
