There is a strikingly similar thread on retrobike atm. I imagine somebody will be along soon to mention cross posting classifieds on other forums is frowned upon here. Always wanted a DA seatpost but bit rich for my blood

Ooops didn't get that far in the rules. Not sure there's too much wrong with it though if you ask me, I think the parts are interesting for both communities?
Happy to look at reasonable offers, of course...

Maybe if you posted more and had a long standing history with the forum then yes. But you've just signed up to sell stuff at ebay prices..
FYI 600 RD doesn't sell for more than £25 in VGC/mint condition at auction. DA Seapost £50-70 Max on here.

Thanks. Not really sure what wrong I've done.... you're suggesting I should sell this stuff on ebay instead? I thought the bits I'm selling here were interesting to folks on here.
Are you interested in those 2 pieces? Happy to talk on prices, I just listed them at what I thought they were roughly worth. -

I think the main issue (and others can correct me if i'm wrong), is you can't have the both up at once, if you want to sell here you can't have it up elsewhere. If you prefer to sell elsewhere thats up to you. GLWS

3) No cross-posting adverts you've put on other sites.

In case anyone worried about me being a new sign up and scammer, I used to have an account from like 2010 but got locked out so just made a new one.... and this thread is about my Pinarello and has people that know me on it :-)

Yup! Consider me learned. Didn't mean to break any rules. I've deleted the Retrobike. Apologies to the LordsOfTheLFGSS

Nice stuff, but prices optimistic

This is still breaking the rules. Even if some long term accounts on the forum still try to break it occasionally with varying success.

I'll show this to my wife and let her know I'm not alone

I didn't spend a long time pricing these things up. But nothing wrong with a bit of optimism :-D
My main goal here was to give some indication of the quality and general value of each item. I would guess that most people here know the value of each component to them, and am waiting for people to tell me this when they find something they want. -

Hahaa thanks, I think.
