Thanks all for the input, and @Saffronspokes for the lesson learned. I emailed LB with what was on the spreadsheet as of this afternoon at 1pm, explicitly asking for the 30% discount, threatening you'll all pull out if they don't (sort of). Will report back on response.
I would like to arbitrarily set end of the day this Sunday as deadline for people preliminary commitment, to create a separate group and eventually place the order by Friday next week. If anyone has got any strong opinion against that, please voice it now.
