• I organised the last 30+ rim order and l have the below comments.

    • Having google sheets rather than excel would have been better so that people could edit their requirements rather than me having to do so (you've already done this)
    • Once you've reached the 30 rim threshold (which didn't need to all be Pro when we ordered) then set a hard deadline for changes and edits and then lock the sheet
    • Send to LB and get all the pricing and shipping confirmed, if doing TPD then work out the landed cost of everyones portion of the order. Work out TPD contribution proportionally based on individual wheelset value.
    • Then get everyone to confirm they're still in once costs have been finalised.
    • I didn't ask but you could ask Lightbicycle if they can send people individual PayPal invoices for the group order (they might). As I never explored the split invoice option everyone paid me for their portion of the order, we kept a running tally of who'd paid. Once I had all the money I paid LB. I then shared order status tracking links and shipping tracking in due course. People either collected from my address, or I dropped off a few sets with Martin (Arkane) and others sorted couriers.
