  • Selling my Norco Revolver XC bike, having come to the sad realisation that I don't like mountain bikes and was only really riding it to hang out with my friends.

Located in Bath, can deliver with a reasonable distance, would prefer not to post. £800 ONO

Super lightweight XC whippet, perfect for proper XC racing, natural trails, bike packing, embarrassing your gravel bike mates both uphill and downhill. Not that slow on the road neither. I think it weighs about 8.xkg at present, and could be much lighter still. If you wanted a bike to do everything very handily off road, this is it. Don't let the modern obsession with unrideably slack winch sleds confuse you, this is a bicycle for riding off road, not for coasting downhill. Would also make a good basis for a monster gravel conversion if you so wished.

    You can find geometry here.

Forks: RockShox Sid RLT 29" 100mm/15mm - bar lockout (the good old version not the rubbish new one)

Steering: Syncros 60mm stem, Easton carbon bars, almost new ESI grips.

Sitting: WTB Rocket, 150mm travel stealth Rockshox Reverb (recently serviced)

Spinning: 170mm SRAM X01 DM Carbon cranks with crank booties, 32T direct mount chainring

    Group: Sram 1x11 X1, 10-42 cassette. Guide RS brakes (180 f / 160 r)

Wheels and tyres: DT Swiss X1700 Spline Two wheels, Trail Boss 2.25" on the back, Maxxis Minion 2.3" on the front. Both pretty new. Set up tubeless.

I'll throw in a shock pump, the original seatpost, the bottle cage, the cute little Wahoo mount (and the garmin insert for it too).

    Bad bits:
A scratch on the top tube from bar twang, which the previous only had kindly put a sticker over...
A chip on the rear NDS seatstay.
A dink in the NDS rear rim. Tyre stays seated, inflates and holds air perfectly so thats fine imho.
A bit of rub on the fork crown and headtube from a bar bag.
General wear and tear from a bike that's been used, but nothing too major.

Please do let me know if there is anything I've missed out! Happy to field questions, measure bars etc etc.
