"look" I can tolerate, but " you know" can fuck right off.
I used to work with a person that used "you know" two to three times per minute in conversation.
As a result I assumed he was full of shit and didn't know what the fuck he was talking about.
The employer figured this out later and sacked him.

Not sure if it's an just an Australian thing, whenever I hear anyone start a conversation like that my eyes glaze over and I shut down... 🙄
