I still find it all a bit unbelievable, distance distorts reality or something...

Had you left before Wayne died?
-
• #529
Yeah, the year before... I left the UK six years ago last week...

Do we need 'what a gent' stickers in memoriam?

I'm not sure it would be appropriate for me to use those but good idea :)

Sending good vibes to BDW wherever he is.
One of the first forumengers I met and for sure one of the best.

Ten years ago, wow... I was wearing my Goth Cutters shirt yesterday, was thinking of Wayne... 🖤

One of my best mates lost a very close friend today to a battle with cancer at age of 44.
As he was describing his friend in his message and what the loss meant to him, I deeply felt his pain as he described all the character traits of Wayno.
Miss you buddy xxx

I took the liberty of playing Wayne's 'Autumn Leaves' mix, originally posted around 2008 I think, on a forum-based radio project Bright Times Dark Times.
Thanks Gaffer

Oh wow! I missed this as I’d dropped off the radar so many years ago.
I remember having great conversations with Wayne about graphic design and the state of contemporary advertising.
What an absolutely lovely man. What a dreadful loss.
Blessings to you big dude.
5 years is no time at all but it feels so long ago.
I miss him.
