I'm looking for a 60cm steel frameset for a single speed build, preferably with a top tube length of around 57/58cm.

London based.

I've got a Condor Tempo f+f that I'm looking to shift. Can probably add in a few other bits apart from wheels too.

58cm frame, with a TT of 57cm (horizontal equivalent).

I'm 6'3" and it suits me very well. I had a Condor Pista before this in the same size, and was fitted for it in the shop.

I'll dig out a photo if you are interested?

I'll have a genesis equilibrium stripped for sale soon. 60cm. You'd have to run a chain tensioner to run it single speed.
