Thanks all - it's not just the fact it's a 'one-er' or a single take but that there are practical transitions. Typically if you went to a new location you'd cut and it'd be a new set up but what I'm after is more like theatre where the scene changes happen live on set with practical/physical props and effects.
The Old Spice one is exactly it - can't believe I didn't recall it. OKGO, too (though more stylised) and yes I'm sure there's an IKEA one too.
