Which club is owned by the Chinese government?
it used to be 20+ in Europe, fewer now. There has been a policy change in China that has reduced investment in European football.

I understand that the Chinese government has almost fully withdrawn investments from European football in recent years. Some Chinese private sponsors remain though.
Edit: To be clear, no clubs have been owned by the Chinese government but until relatively recently it was Chinese government policy to encourage investment in European football for a variety of reasons.

None but there’s Chinese money in Man City, Wolves and West Brom to name three.
If the state wanted to exert some influence on the owners, it wouldn’t be difficult for them to do so.
