Interestingly (or not), Chelsea actually made the exact same number of transfers involving ££ as Man City:
MCFC - 130 transfers w/ 59.2% involving £
CFC - 95 transfers w/ 80% involving £CFC need to up their game on free transfers.

FFP has helped Everton, I reckon. We've had no money to spend on overpriced garbage and have picked up two pretty decent players for very little (comparatively). Amount of money we've wasted over the past 4-5 years is insane.
