Acepac 8l handlebar dry bag. This one. BNIB. £25

Porcelain Rocket Albert dropper post seat pack. Comprises a harness that clamps under the seatrails and a removable 9l dry bag. Unlike most dropper seat packs it doesn't need a clamp on the post so you can retain full travel. Super stable provided you pack it carefully i.e. heavy stuff at the bottom.
