The Screwfix no nonsense danish oil is pretty good, and a fraction of the price of the Liberon stuff you can also get there.

You rub it in, let it go dull and turn buff it.

I’d go with danish oil and consider sealing with clear furniture wax. That’s how we look after our teak dining table.
