I wouldn't be best placed to estimate overall cost but the spiral conic frame looks in good condition, a bit rarer than a master but not as popular. Functioning delta brakes are quite sought after by certain people. Not sure about the heiarchy of the group but the wheels look to be campag high flange hubs which are also desirable.
I wouldn't want to spend much more than the opening bidding but it depends what you like. Could maybe ask the colnago appreciation thread?
