So many fake/cloned vehicles about its bad. Local chair person of the subway/transport authority here just got caught with one, not the clonie but the cloner, as in the one driving on someone elses details. Quietly/not quietly resigned into retirment.

I got knocked off my bike a year or so ago, had to go to hospital to get broken glass removed from my wrist, driver fled the scene but I had dashcam from another car that saw it. Police came back with soz, cloned plates, nothing we can do.

Gaah. Molly Ringwald's ratty one in Pretty in Pink pretty much sold me on that model. Never pulled the trigger on one and it eats at me. That one is stunning.
What event is that? Also. Need a pic of the Thing behind it.

He's had it for 20 years or so now. Was languishing in a garage for quite a while, but has had time/cash to sort it out properly recently. They are at CarFest - the Chris Evans thing.

Ooh, excitement? Did you go the 4motion option? I read a review last night that mentions the fwd version had trouble with traction in damp conditions etc.

Spotted a rather neglected bmw 850i parked near by. Every time I see one of those, I’m shocked at how pretty they are.
Unfortunately it’s a one car per household borough so can’t even dream about it.

They are something.
The garden rollers at the back laugh in the face of economy. 😎

Would you mind explaining the one car per household borough statement please.

Theres a group on FB called 'T17', which is exclusively for diesel powered T4/5/6+ that folk have modified in order to get under 17 seconds 1/4 at Santa pod lol. Theres an exact split down the middle of 'ebay power chip and ali express massive nozzles' and 'had my engine blueprinted, custom girdles, custom cams and other fancy internals with all of the ancillaries to back it up for reliable use'. I'm neither, instead have a VAG commerical van engine in a Volvo lol

Some (most?) councils in London only allow residents on-street parking permits for one car per household. It’s fine if you have off-street parking or a garage, though.
There are exemptions if you are/require a carer or if one resident has a disability permit etc.

Probably a good thing tbh- I’m currently seeing how many cars I can pass in one move on a Scottish A road.
