I believe putting the cover on when the bike is hot is bad for condensation so should be avoided for that reason too.
Fair enough, just wondering what I’m going to do once I start commuting and it’s raining all evening or something. I guess it’s not really worth worrying about.
Eventually I might build some kind of shelter.
There's a link to a cover brand JC or JS something? in here relatively recently. And they advertise their covers as being exhaust proof.
No idea if the claim is true.
