‘as someone said, the value of the frame is like halved and unsafe to ride on, I couldn't/wouldn't in good conscience sell it on with the defects stated.’

Sadly financial struggle changes situations
Frame is definitely worth a lot less, but the rest of the components are still in good condition and justify the price in my opinion. But by all means correct me if I'm wrong

id be keen on crankset if you end up splitting

Keen on the wheels, firing a couple of q's your way.

The saddle was cracked (on both sides) by the previous owner doing up the carbon rails too tightly.. so I don't think he would be interested
-

yeah i remember that. i think whatever object was dropped on top of the box cracked the saddle and then dinged the tubes

I dunno, the clamps for the saddle took a LOT of force to loosen. They were so tight you probably couldn't tighten them any more, plus you can faintly see one of the cracks in a picture from before he sent it
But the other rail break might have happened in transitEither way... I guess you might not want it any more? Hah

No i don't :/
it thought the rails were snapped just after the saddle clamp, rather than crushed by it -

Bought for £1000, but spent £1200 including shipping and import from Norway. Came with a couple of scratches on the seat tube and a dent in the down tube due to irresponsible shipping by seller. After trying unsuccessfully to arrange a refund/reimbursement or any touch of ownership of his wrongdoing, I just want to be rid of the bike.
Apart from the dent, located near where the front wheel would get the close to the downtube, and one proper scratch on the seat tube there are no significant issues with the frame that I can see. Very small amount of rub on non drive side crank, but drive side in great condition.
Dent is apparently safe to ride on according to LBS but buy at your own risk. I have ridden this 150km but don't believe it's 100% safe.
The bike is a bit grubby and could use a wash and new handlebar tape, but could make someone quite happy.

Price I'd like is £850 just trying to recoup some of the money
Alternatively I'd split if framset and other bits if there's interest.
Wheels/tyres £260
Crankset/pedals/chainring £290
Framset (with stem, seatpost, chain, saddle, handlebars) £300
Let me know if you have any questions or would like any other pictures.
