Frame only, but the Columbus Tusk fork in the photos is available too if you fancy it.
Seat tube c-c: 465mm
Seat tube c-t: 505mm
Head tube length: 155mm
Stack: 580mm
Reach: 405mm
Top tube c-c: 545mm
Top tube effective: 540mm
Built in 2004, going by the stamp on the bottom bracket shell. I had it refinished by Ellis Briggs and it has only very minor paint chips. The tubes are straight and un-dented.
Roberts used a mixture of Reynolds 853 and Columbus Nivacrom to build these.
From the archived Roberts website:
‘AUDAX COMPACT - The Audax Compact is the no-expense-spared version. We use a fully-customised mix of tubes from Columbus and Reynolds to build a fillet-brazed (ie lugless) frame that offers unrivalled performance.
We build the Compact with a sloping top tube to create a lighter, more comfortable and, for some, a more aesthetically pleasing frame. The smaller rear triangle is more rigid laterally, yet flexes up and down more readily, absorbing irregularities in the road. The longer seatpost is also more forgiving.. If necessary, a raised head tube allows us to bring the handlebars up to exactly the height you need’.
Looking for £3̶0̶0̶ £250. Collection from Leeds, or posted in a sturdy Genesis bike box within the UK for £20
