Such a fucking odd lawsuit. The guy lived for / lived off that picture for years, doing loads of interviews and other things. Seems he got the cold shoulder from Nirvana re: a recent art show of his so he's suing them.

That's what I thought, sure he's been on loads of stuff as the bloke who was that baby, game show guess who guests and stuff.
