I think it’s best to not over think it as once it’s on I will inevitably “just get used to it” so I think I will heed your advice and go 22
But I have a 22wi free wheel so should definitely just get a Paul word hub built ….

Might have a 21 or 22t cog in the box. Think I sent a 23 to hippy.
24 - 30 does not sound buzzy. Might get you up stuff but everything else will be furious spinning to just creep along.
