There are also a load of trails between Mountain Ash & Treharris which is just down the road from BPW and relatively easy to park.
I rode Dirty Slag https://strava.app.link/xThoBycfNib recently and was absolutely terrified. That probably says more about my DH skills than the difficulty level though, as YouTube videos make it look very pedestrian. It is fairly overgrown though so there are parts you’re riding blind. There’s also a Mountain Ash DH trail you could add in to a loop fairly easily
