I made the mistake of booking with them to ship a bike from Germany to the UK without looking at their online reviews, which are universally shite.

Safe to say they're fucking inept, didn't pick up, customer service unapologetically refuse to respond to anything, and of course, refuse to refund.

Total LOLs at their repeated pointing to terms and conditions that are apparently "approved by the Slovenian Ministery of Economy"-what an endorsement for a clusterfuck of a company.

PayPal...case pending.

Had a look on trustpilot and all the positive reviews are fake- Google the names and they're all on LinkedIn endorsing each other... Totally ridiculous that they'll do that instead of sorting out customer service. Not even a UK company as they also claim-based in Slovenia?

Was 40 EUR insured, not the cheapest. Problem with Germany is that they limit parcel size for international shipments so it's hard to book with the usual companies...

Just use hermes! I shipped a few bikes with them no problems yet.

do they accept large bike boxes though? I'm sure when I looked it was ok for within Germany but they said it was too big for international shipping

absolutely don't recommend it

I have not yet received my suitcase yet. It's been 3 months. They won't refund until their courier partner "officially declares it to be lost" and they won't declare it. I was told they found the suitcase and I was made to pay an additional charge saying my goods are "overweighed". One I paid they said the suitcase is not yet found

I paid 111 euro+33euro in total now

really bad custómer service as well
