For Sale: 58cm Basso Coral Columbus frame set

Hi all,

It is with regret that I’m selling my Basso Coral frame as I’m leaving the country in a month or so and simply can’t take it with me.

The paintwork has picked up a fair few scratches through general use and having stored it in amongst other bikes for the past two winters. I’ve also not been able to give it the time it needed in recent years. As such it’s definitely not quite the beauty it once was but with a bit of TLC it could be restored to its former glory easily enough.
That said, any damage is purely aesthetic, it’s not been in any collisions and when fully set up is light as anything and a pleasure to ride.

Also thrown in:
Aero bull horn bars (I think, from what I can remember)
Tektro Rx brake lever
46t Lasco crankset
SR 10cm stem
Standard MTB pedals with straps
Standard front calliper

I’ve no idea really what to ask for this - does £330 sound reasonable for everything above? Also open to offers if people think this is too steep. The majority of the damage has been pictured but feel free to stop by to take a look if you like. Located in either SE15 or N15.

Also featured in the picture is a Brooks Cambium c17 saddle and seat post, which is a little scuffed but in generally good condition that can be either included in the set for a little bit extra or sold separately at £60.

I sold a Basso Loto di Fior SLX frameset in much better condition for £150 on here, I think your asking price is quite high considering the condition of the paint. You might have better luck on ebay TBH

@ghostface - thanks for the feedback, appreciated, was trying to guess based on what I paid years back minus some for condition but maybe I paid over the odds back then.

I think the basso's are a bit hit and miss as a basso viper frame in vgc sold for £103 on ebay recently. Its been built up and flipped, BIN £850. May have better luck with it built up. Realistically though the paint job is what sells.
