This says "Leisure battery, charger, 12v system" are standard fit.

(though you don't really need it for the water pump in the sink that only runs for a few seconds at a time)

Good question about the water pump, I wonder if I've misread it and there is a leisure battery in there. I don't think there's room for a fridge.
