Anyone know if I’ll be able to stick an 11 speed cassette on these? Very little info online about the hubs!
-

I don’t believe you will be able to, by my count this it’s a 9/10 speed cassette fitted on the initial pics, so at my best knowledge you won’t. There it’s a change that you can fit a Edco cassette or change the free hub. But I won’t count much on that. Cassette bloody expensive.

I think its a 10 speed group, and if it i 10 speed sram cassette, you could install 11 speed shimano mtb cassettes.

This is a mad bargain. Hubs alone are worth more.
Goldtec hubs are are very high quality bits of kit.
If you wanted an 11 speed free hub, a quick email to BETD/Goldtec and I’m sure they would sort you out.
I’ve owned their track hubs and they were always very accommodating any time I got in touch with them. -

I understand what you are saying, sram and shimano have the same fit. Only changes with Campagnolo.
Most Freehubs are either 9-10, or 11sp and you are able to use a 10sp with a spacer between the hub and the cassette. -
