I really want one.
What’s everyone’s thoughts on the disposable aspect?
I’d been thinking about getting the non integrated version and just running it it with Force rings.
But then the new gen Red chainrings apparently last way longer than previous gen Red rings? -

Disposable aspect? I don't have the power meter version (when I don't win, I'm not putting out enough power is all I need to know) but the full aero ring looks wicked, and seems to work just fine.

Could also go for Rotor Aldhu with the aero spider and 1x rings?
Acceptable to use with Shimano, rather than SRAM shimano contamination.

Concerned with the disposable aspect (also what happens if I forget to replace a worn chain and it messes up the chain rings etc...) I went for Force rings + add-on spider PM + Red arms... Red arms were expensive and after 3 weeks (or... 6 rides?) already have a chip on them (ordered guards and heli tape -- little too late I'm afraid) but they look teh shiz.

Ah soz, it looked like the PM version at first glance. There is no denying the full aero ring looks shit hot!
(when I don't win, I'm not putting out enough power is all I need to know)
haha, how dare you talk sense... very true though, I obviously really dont need one

Yeah this is what I'll probably go with.
There are very few, if any, photos online of what red cranks with 2x force rings and power meter look like. Could you give me a peek at yours?! -

Have you not sold me the ASX group yet? 🙄
-
• #309
I've got to ride it at least once before I sell...

May I recommend you go with a 52 up front and an 11-26 out back.
It'll all but guarantee sale to me....

Get red rings and power pedals, job done

good luck!
i hate bleeding bleeding brakes! -
• #315
I don’t mind front brakes - where there has just been great success.
Rear brakes however can >>>>>>>
As can (lizard skins) bar tape.
Gone Fizik again in the hope of great things. -

What?
-
• #317
I’m just logging the fact I’m bleeding brakes. Which has in the past cost me greatly financially. But now I use a nylon bleed thread so we’re all good….

Fabric silicone tape is the one.
You’ll never go back to anything else. -

Fabric silicone tape is the one.

Bleed port of death!
Neva4get.
Great success, both brakes are functioning and the bike is re-hosed with BH90.
Just the bar tape left.

I'm a terrible bicyclist and office slave. I don't drink coffee.......
And thank you. 🧐

NDS shot because nothing changed on that side…
Why didn’t I just go for black to start 😍
Also discovered I did a very bad bleed job previously. These are much much better!
Things left to do; replace all silver bolts with black ones. The shiny silver ones provided by Spesh for the stem are criminal.
