Definitely still your tag - I just wanted to vent.

It's a nice spot wherever it is🤔
-
• #1558
It might be cheating but I'm searching the internet for "Church with community garden".
-
• #1559
I already know where this is. I was going to go and get it tomorrow after work if you don't beat me too it. How's your googling going? 😉

• #1560
could we play some sort of snap tag?

Very accurate search!

New bike?

My google-fu is weak this evening. I did see the naked ride go past but I wasn't quick enough with my phone to get a tag with a good background for you.
Way, way too many naked bottoms on hire bikes. I've only ever used them once or twice but now...

I think a bit of "residue" is probably the least of your worries when riding those things. Good to see them getting well used though.

It was new to me a little while ago but I sold it very recently, trying to have a big clear out. My flat is full of bikes and since Covid meant working from home I don’t get much time to ride them all unfortunately.
I would like another though in the future. Think I prefer the vigorelli to the mash frames
-

I prefer the vigorelli too especially the steel version. I always wanted a mash but when i borrowed one and just found it really harsh and twitchy maybe ok on a track. This may sound like a bold and controversial statement but i honesty think if Mash's weren't cool hardly anyone would ride them. Overrated IMO.

yeah, I'm not too keen on the high BB on a mash, it makes the frame almost feel a bit top heavy and not as agile as it could be.

I like my Mash but slightly prefer my Cinelli Vig.
The Mash (the first non-Cinelli-made one) is slightly lighter and stiffer than the Vig. It is super responsive. I remember cycling down the Ditchling Road with a car just a little bit too close for comfort behind me (I was going to turn right, so wasn't keeping to far left), so I turned the cranks just a little bit faster and wasn't instantly powering away. Never known anything like it.
The Vig is of course the "HSL" alu+carbon version from 2016 ("Hue, Saturation, Luminance"?)... to my mind the most beautiful one they ever produced.

So now I have four fixies, which is nuts! But good old red-hubs-Condor is currently in the loving hands of my mate Paul, on long term loan.

Congrats!
I know it as the "Stanford And Cleveland Community Garden", opposite the Stanford Avenue Methodist Church (on Stanford Avenue, of course). Just south of Blaker's Park.
Or maybe just Stanford Avenue Community Garden
-
• #1574
Yeah Stanford and Cleveland. I have no idea why i put Beaconsfield as it has absolutely nothing to with either tag 🤔
