I love the idea that someone would go to the extent of developing this sort of technology and keep it totally secret, except for Bingoal - Wallonie Bruxelles, who then use it to not to win anything. Astounding business model imo

This is what I love about conspiracy stuff like this. If someone had developed this tech they 100% would have already put it into market by now not hold it back for a continental bike racing team. Same with the whole chips in vaccines and 5G transmitters. If someone had developed such a sci-fi tech, it wouldn’t be hidden behind a conspiracy, it would be the biggest product on the planet.
