Free Holdsworth fixed F&F (spares or repairs) TAKEN

Medium (56cm?? I am 5'10") "Holdsworth" (aka PlanetX ripoff) fixed frame and forks.

The good:

1. Headset good
   
2. Forks good
   
3. Orange
   
4. Mudguard and rack eyelets
   
5. Free
   
   

The bad:

1. Crack around top of seat tube. I got a friend to weld it which held for a bit but it's gone again in the same place and I've decided I'm done with this frame. Offering up for free in case someone else wants to have a crack at it instead of junking it.
   
2. BB is a bit rough, haven't tried to remove it so no idea how hard it would be to get it out.
   
3. Paint is made of cheese
   
   

Based in Oxford, happy to cycle around the city with this frame but unsure if I can be arsed to find a box to post it to someone, sorry.
