Back of the heel. Trying to loosen it up with movement/walking on it was painful. Gonna keep stretching and rolling today and see if I can get out for a ride later all being well. Exercise is about the only thing keeping me sane right now!
Cheers for the advice everyone btw. Weirdly reassuring to know that others have dealt with it.
Same here but left hip. I wear jeans low, and the cut was impinging my muscle movement like an inverted bowstring. Higher trousers and shorts ftw.
Meaning your Achilles, the fatty pad underfoot or both? Does exercise or movement lessen the pain?
