I think the definition of "win in a fight" needs to be clarified, but I reckon I could beat:
Rat, Cat, Goose, no drama (other than mental trauma)
I am a dog fan, so i'd leave those well alone.
Eagle, if I get the jump on it, easy. If it sees me coming, probably not.

Crocodile, yes. Piece of piss. Assuming it is smaller than 3ft. Also, their jaws are surprisingly weak to open, so jump on it and clamp its mouth shut. Winner.
