Cheers would be good to know what we have to do in advance.
UK government website is not very helpful. It has a link to a French website but I couldn’t find any English translation and the language was beyond my gcse ability to find a station, buy a croque monsieur or say my name. je m’appelle Jacques qui danse

If it helps, we've been to shops twice today and no checks were done.
