Wake up! It was clearly the secret vaccine test facility where all the people mutated by vaccine are having tests performed on them! Wake up! (/s/s)On a side note, partner had second jab last week, and it was like a cloud had lifted from her. Still avoiding crowds etc, but it was a massive weight off her shoulders.
