MCE have a bit of a reputation for not paying out.

Although Soul had no issues with his claim, but PhilDAS did have issues.

I used them when they were cheapest, and have since jumped ship to cheaper providers.

Not had to make a claim though

Cheaper than £140 for a sportbike I don't think I can find one. And if the bike gets stolen will see, but I don't see how they can avoid the payment. In many years I always heard bad things about this or that insurance, I think they all try not to pay when they can find a "reason".

Yeah, you'll find someone who had issues with any given insurance company.
