MCE have a bit of a reputation for not paying out.
Although Soul had no issues with his claim, but PhilDAS did have issues.
I used them when they were cheapest, and have since jumped ship to cheaper providers.
Not had to make a claim though

I was mildly disappointed with my ~£800 renewal but it’s fully comp with various extras and about 50% of last year!
