• Picked this up to cut down for my partner's bike as she doesn't need much post but that project is on hold atm. Super lightweight 27.2 inline post with significant damage around 15cm from the top. Easily under 100g's if/when chopped. Think it's a decent bit of kit but can't ask any monies for it and it comes with a use at your own risk disclaimer. Maybe a project for someone getting into carbon repair or is @Lucybee still building WW bikes for scrambling up hills in SE London?

  • What post is that anyway? Is nice

  • Dibs for @Lucybee - no longer in se5 but can whack this on her ww bike!

  • All yours, pm sent

  • 2nd dibs if it falls through, to practice fixing carbon. Disclaimer, id only practice the cosmetic/surface finish of repair on this, then would chop off the "fixed" part and pass it on.

  • Why don't you do that then pass it onto me when you're done with it? @jono84 I'd be very happy for @kiskubai to repair carbon - I have enough cracked carbon stuff to fill a small bag unfortunately and the world needs more carbon repairers

  • Thanks for that, ive just sent a PM to Jono84 about it. Are going to be OK to use only the unaffected area, top 15cm as mentioned?
