Wanted: Single speed bike or nice cheap frame 58cm - 60cm

Anyone got anything suitable?
Helping my friend replace his stolen bike. Either a single speed bike or frame that I can build up. £250 - £300 for the bike or so £100 for the frame I guess (something I can convert to s/s)

Minus the rack and stickers and with a different saddle, size xl with full carbon fork and hydraulic brakes…. Would need posting but sure we can work something out?

Got a team Raleigh recently converted to SS .size is 57-56 might work with a longer stem currently on a 90mm.

Did you find something in the end? I have a stripped pub bike with mud guards. It looks classy and it can be cheap.

It's currently singlespeed but I'm pretty sure it's on a flip flop hub so you could easily convert it.
